A Prayer

Oh Sacred Call,

I offer up these writings to you, that through conversation with sacred partners, I too might be able to communicate the truth of Divine insistence as it is enacted in my everyday life.

Bless these words, Oh Sacred Tender, and foster in my spirit a capacity to witness to your movement in my life.

With every tender bruise, movement of grief, and broken heart, I ask that you guide me on the path. Where I am accompanied in my own witness to you by you.

Make me earnest. Like pebbles of water pooling against my window during a rainy day, I am awaiting the gravity of you to pull me into the ocean of this World.

I am writing to witness your voice, may your call be heard in the breaks, indentations, and line spaces.

Amen.
